TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as the customer's primary contact and IT support person.
Assists the customer in planning and executing the different system development projects.
Communicates with the customer's third party system and device suppliers.
Work towards simplifying the systems and processes and there by reducing operating costs.
WORKS BEST IN THESE SITUATIONS
When you lack the sufficient knowledge about the required support and IT systems.
When you don't have enough time to coordinate and develope IT-matters.
When hiring your own IT support person is not financially reasonable.
